An advance payment of £500.00 is payable at the commencement of the search for rental or purchase.

 For Lettings, our registration fee is followed by a charge of one month's rental ( exclusive of VAT), payable on exchange of documentation.

 For Purchase a finders fee a 1.5% ( exclusive of VAT ) of the total property purchase price is payable to Somerset Property Finders upon exchange of contracts.

Please Note the registration fee covers a continued search for those who rent with a view to subsequent purchase of a property.
